Does Identifax attempt to acquire all wills and probate-related records for descendants?

Generally, we do not.

We may occasionally pursue the acquisition of a will, fiduciary record or other estate-related document in order to advance or confirm our own research.

At the request of a client, Identifax will undertake the process of searching for wills or estate-related documents for all known deceased potential heirs of the original oil and gas owner.  

Obviously, this time-consuming process will significantly increase the billable days, calendar days and applicable document acquisition expenses.
