Comprehensive

Comprehensive clients receive the following:
  • 100% of the dates and places of birth and death for the original, targeted oil and gas owners and their spouses
  • 90-100% of the dates and places of birth and death for the decedents and their descendants
  • Most recent addresses and telephone numbers for 80-100% of all known surviving descendants
  • An easy-to-read, color-coded GENERATIONAL FLOWCHART - a box chart outline similar to the Chain of Title format found in most title opinion documents. This displays our research in a visual "snapshot" which easily illustrates the overall scope of the expanding heirship picture.
  • A more detailed DESCENDANTS NARRATIVE REPORT, providing a history and chronological timeline for each individual in the chain of descendants, along with contact information for the great majority of surviving heirs
  • At a client's request, we will undertake a national search in order to retrieve any and all estate-related documents for any decedent.  (This optional service will obviously increase the scope of the project and associated expenses.)

Intermediate

Intermediate clients receive the following:
  • A realistic cost savings of 20-30% of our Comprehensive service option
  • 100% of the dates and places of birth and death for the original, targeted oil and gas owners and their spouses
  • 70-90% of the dates and places of birth and death for the decedents and their descendants
  • Most recent addresses and telephone numbers for 60-80% of all known surviving descendants
  • The same GENERATIONAL FLOWCHART as provided in our Comprehensive service
  • The same DESCENDANTS NARRATIVE REPORT as provided in our Comprehensive service
  • This option does NOT include a search for estate-related documents

Jump-Start

Jump-start clients receive the following:
  • A realistic cost savings of 30-50% of  our Comprehensive service option
  • 80-100% of the dates and places of birth and death for the original, targeted oil and gas owners and their spouses
  • 50-70% of the dates and places of birth and death for the decedents and their descendants
  • Last known locations for 70-80% of surviving descendants at the time of death of their ancestors
  • This option does NOT include most recent addresses for surviving potential heirs
  • This option does NOT include a search for estate-related documents
